Registration Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Registration
All registrations are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer in exceptional circumstances.

Eligibility & Ticket Classification
Registrants are responsible for selecting the appropriate ticket type. The Organizer reserves the right to review registrations and reclassify or cancel tickets that do not meet eligibility criteria.

Privacy & Use of Personal Information
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event administration, communications related to the BLF 2026, and onsite operations, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Lead Retrieval & Sponsor Engagement
As part of the event experience, sponsors may collect attendee contact information through official lead retrieval tools during the Forum. Information shared may include name, title, organization, and business contact details.

Attendees who do not wish to participate in lead retrieval may opt out by emailing [email protected] prior to the event or at any time during registration.

Photography, Recording & Event Communications
The event may be photographed or recorded for educational, promotional, or reporting purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in event-related materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Program Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue, or format if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
